Fish Tank
I watched Fish Tank last night and was really impressed. It’s a film that could have easily cornered itself away into something predictable and one of those over-the-top-hey-i’m-Britsh-and-I’m-grimy films. Instead it remained honest with a humble film making approach, which in the end gave it its power. Lovely shots, great portrayal or a part of Britain and its inhabitants. This is one us Brits can be thankful for.
